Lead Diagnostic Technician (Up to $6k Bonus) – Paid Training & Tool Allowance

Perform extensive repairs and heavy engine work while delivering advanced vehicle diagnostics for all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Handle complex electrical issues and service refrigerant and recovery systems in Carvana’s Inspection Centers. Work in a fast-paced reconditioning environment and be prepared for mandatory overtime as needed. Use modern tools and processes, with reimbursement and training support to help your skills and pay progress.
