Senior Cost Manager, Cost and Commercial Management - Corporate Occupier

Own end-to-end cost and commercial management for major corporate occupier projects within the Commercial Management Office (CMO). Provide strategic guidance from inception, develop project success criteria, and deliver benchmarking and cost intelligence to improve commercial efficiency. Lead governance, change control, risk management, and procurement advice while monitoring finances and advising stakeholders. Serve as the client’s day-to-day primary point of contact and meet SOX responsibilities where applicable.
