Delivery Associate Director

Lead and manage technical delivery activities covering implementation, transitions, upgrades, testing, break-fix, operations, and maintenance. Serve as an operational point of contact for interoperability, communications, and escalations tied to government and external vendor solution elements. Oversee network services, server administration, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms while directing modernization of legacy applications and guiding technical requirements for procurement and sustainment.
