Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date for timely, accurate, compliant onboarding.
  • •Manage global offer activity and ensure all required steps and approvals are completed on time.
  • •Prepare, review, and issue offer documentation, contracts, and addenda using approved templates and regional guidance.
  • •Coordinate and track pre-hire activities including background checks, work authorization, references, and other market-specific requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR system records (ATS, HRIS, background screening platforms, digital signature tools) and resolve or escalate process gaps and delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role, ideally in a global/multinational environment.
  • •Manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators, regions, or time zones, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Confident using HR and recruiting systems such as ATS and HRIS, plus background screening and digital signature tools.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, supportive style for candidates and internal partners.
  • •Strong integrity and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive candidate/employee data and focusing on compliance and data accuracy.
