Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and plating standards to maintain consistent quality, while keeping work areas clean and organized. Help with stock rotation and inventory checks, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination, coordinate with kitchen staff, and assist with additional duties as assigned.
