Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support/participate in MRB and 8D meetings to address quality deviation events for internal excursions and external RMA issues.
  • •Work with area process/equipment owners, manufacturing, and central teams to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customer quality requirements.
  • •Manage quality deviations and drive closure of corrective/preventive actions to reduce deviations and enable continual improvement.
  • •Perform data mining as part of problem solving and support site efforts to improve performance variation impacting quality.
  • •Coordinate site process-related IATF 16949 activities (EPS BP, MRB BP, RMA BP) and support change team process conversion strategy.
  • •Lead quality improvement initiatives and leverage AI tools or RPA to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Material, Electrical/Electronic, or equivalent.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication skills to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact (desirable).
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry and interest/knowledge of the semiconductor industry (plus).
