Finance Controller Assistant

Support factory financial performance by leading rolling forecasts, annual operating planning, and month-end closure. Ensure timely, accurate reporting and forecast reliability, and recommend improvements to factory financial policies. Partner with management to review objective progress, develop data-driven reporting/analysis, and lead improvement projects in coordination with other factories. Use root cause analysis to address complex situations and build productive relationships across Philips’ integrated supply chain.
