Join Devoteam's Luxembourg engineering practice to design, build, and own DevOps standards across client engagements. You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment and release workflows, implement observability, manage Kafka-based real-time data pipelines, and write infrastructure as code, contributing to an internal DevOps community in a high-impact, production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and own CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects and platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), from initial design to production
•Automate deployment and infrastructure release workflows, cutting manual toil and reducing the surface area for human error
•Define and implement observability strategies covering metrics, logs, and distributed traces so issues are caught before users notice them
•Design, implement, and operate Kafka-based data pipelines and real-time messaging infrastructure supporting critical business operations
•Write Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu, paired with configuration management via Ansible, Salt, or Puppet

Key Requirements

•3+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
•Senior-level Kubernetes experience, including hardening (AppArmor, SELinux, Seccomp, eBPF)
•Solid IaC background: proven experience designing pipelines, not just maintaining them
•Experience designing and operating Kafka-based architectures for real-time data processing
•Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
