Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize the cloud data plane for AI traffic and distributed applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • •Own operation and scaling of multiple cloud services, meeting performance, security, and reliability benchmarks.
  • •Develop and drive an operational strategy for sustainable engineering growth aligned to business goals.
  • •Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows and implement automation and coordination tools for a distributed team environment.
  • •Set KPIs, use metrics for decision-making, invest in engineering infrastructure (including CI/CD and project management tooling), and develop leadership and team culture.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience scaling and leading engineering teams in distributed, global organizations.
