Admissions Specialist

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound referrals and patient inquiries in a high-volume, remote role within the healthcare/behavioral health intake space. You will conduct eligibility screenings, collect medical and insurance information, coordinate referrals, document activity in EHR/CRM tools, and ensure clear, compliant guidance for placement or next steps, while maintaining composure under pressure.
