Key Responsibilities

  • •Define training needs and create the training and development plan, including courses and curricula for the Agency group.
  • •Support training teams, collect feedback, analyze current programs, and recommend improvements to agency training.
  • •Develop and review training materials to ensure alignment with training objectives and corporate brand identity, and keep tools user-friendly.
  • •Deliver training as a trainer, including program logistics (e.g., venue setup, registration support, equipment operation) and execution of scheduled programs.
  • •Ensure training quality and achievement of objectives, and prepare post-course evaluation summary reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in sales training and development, sales/distribution, sales support, sales communications, or related fields in the banking industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • •Experience designing training plans, courses, and curricula for sales/distribution audiences.
  • •Ability to develop training materials and ensure training content accuracy and completeness.
  • •AI-future skills such as ChatGPT or Copilot 365 are an advantage.
