Job Summary

Lead North America/Global NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply projects through full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage the North America chiller parts and supply portfolio and collaborate with NPD/VAVE teams on aftermarket project delivery, including spare parts setup and product supersession. Build project plans across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk, drive resolution of risks/issues, and report status to management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead North America/Global NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply projects end-to-end from initiation through closure.
•Manage the North America Chiller Parts and Supply portfolio and collaborate with NPD/VAVE groups for aftermarket project management.
•Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk management.
•Lead project meetings, monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates to management on milestones, risks, and resource utilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering and refrigeration engineering technology.
•5–10 years of working experience, including 5+ years of project management experience in industrial engineering.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Fluent English for effective communication with global teams.
•Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and prefer PMI certification.
