Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily operational routines and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Act as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing teams.
  • •Track, follow up, and coordinate issue resolution across relevant teams until closure.
  • •Support product launch readiness via UAT coordination, SOPs/FAQs, internal alignment, and post-launch monitoring.
  • •Define and execute operational workflows for new business initiatives (e.g., Tokenization services), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in operations or business operations, including fintech/crypto exchange/platform operations.
  • •Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Bilingual English/Thai to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • •Experience supporting product launches (UAT), SOP creation, and process improvement; crypto exchange and regulated financial services experience is preferred.
