Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on Stripe Tax to accelerate opportunities.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of global indirect taxes (VAT, GST, sales and use tax, mandatory e-invoicing) and how automated compliance solutions help online businesses.
  • •Provide solutions and recommendations for integrating Stripe Tax for end-to-end indirect tax compliance across B2C, B2B, and platform business models.
  • •Conduct deep discovery of customer processes and needs, then architect solutions to drive implementation decisions and accelerate deals.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architect, solutions consultant, or sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
  • •3+ years of accounting, indirect tax, or tax compliance experience within a technical sales organization.
  • •Experience working with or implementing a tax automation software solution.
  • •Strong software engineering and architecture-pattern knowledge, with the ability to understand how technologies and systems interact.
