  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording their use, wear, and conditions.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (includes examples like DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as business requires.
