Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and workflows for mechanical and electrical aerospace product assembly.
  • •Create, release, version control, and maintain manufacturing work instructions; maintain M-BOM and configuration control.
  • •Design tools, fixtures, jigs, and workstations; define in-process quality inspection steps and traceability.
  • •Conceptualize, design, develop, and fabricate test equipment for verification of critical-to-quality features.
  • •Lead and implement process improvement and manage special projects, including budgets, timelines, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • •5+ years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience writing manufacturing work instructions and designing/developing manufacturing processes.
  • •Ability to author manufacturing work instructions and define BOMS, manufacturing workflows, and tool/part control.
  • •Knowledge of designing jigs and fixtures, process inspection, and traceability.
