Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand lease documents and lease life-cycle issues affecting receivables.
  • •Initiate collection calls, research, and resolve past-due issues.
  • •Perform account reconciliations, including suspense cash, and manage account delinquency.
  • •Evaluate and issue credit or debits as needed, drive collections goals, and reduce account aging.
  • •Forecast cash collection; create Excel aging reports and prepare monthly reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • •3+ years of experience in collections of lease receivables.
  • •Thorough knowledge of leasing plus strong collection and reconciliation skills.
