Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1)

Provide managed networking services as an entry-level engineer, monitoring client infrastructure to detect and resolve incidents and problems. Investigate first-line incidents using approved procedures, fulfill requests via ITSM tickets or other channels, and perform maintenance such as patching and configuration changes. Contribute to shift handovers, escalate when needed, support knowledge updates, and identify optimization opportunities to reduce incidents and improve processes.
