Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily accounting functions and the close process (monthly, quarterly, year-end) including inventory and revenue management and financial analysis.
  • •Manage treasury activities and supervise full-cycle accounts payable, including disbursements and working capital reports.
  • •Prepare and review sales commissions and items critical for payroll processing; assist with operating financing facilities and banking arrangements.
  • •Analyze financial results, prepare variance analyses, and ensure accuracy for financial reporting and disclosures.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors and update accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; liaise with Tax for federal/state/local filings.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA is a plus
  • •Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • •Full financial close cycle experience essential
  • •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge; NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus
