Key Responsibilities

•Solution design: Identify and deliver outcomes that meet business and technical requirements while balancing objectives and constraints.
•Collaboration: Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and managers to align architectural goals with business priorities and drive delivery.
•Mentorship: Mentor delivery teams, assist in road map development, and clarify architectural concepts to ensure successful outcomes.
•Rapid prototyping: Apply rapid prototyping to validate design concepts, engage stakeholders early, and reduce delivery risk.
•Delivery support: Provide guidance and hands-on involvement to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,803 - 167,704 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
•2-5 years in IT solution design or architecture roles, with at least 1-2 years working with Microsoft technologies
•Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and governance
•Experience with Power Platform usage, Administration and governance frameworks (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and API integration (REST, Microsoft Graph)
•Proficiency translating business requirements into technical solutions and aligning designs with enterprise architecture

Experience:2-5 yearsMicrosoft 365Enterprise ITIT architecture
