Support and monitor the Manhattan Active WMS for Hermes logistics operations, partnering with the Dayton Service Center and NYC Headquarters. Troubleshoot system configuration and process-flow/rule issues, including inbound/outbound disruptions. Maintain and support hardware (PCs, RF devices, printers, weight scales), monitor and troubleshoot MHE (Kardex) integration with Active, and collaborate on store setup and data integrity updates. Document resolutions, escalate urgent cases, and participate in weekly issue reviews.
