Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee aircraft maintenance technicians to repair and return aircraft to service safely, compliantly, and on time.
  • •Guide and direct terminal and/or hangar aircraft maintenance through crew chiefs and leads.
  • •Ensure maintenance crews are efficiently utilized to accomplish the operation’s workload and meet objectives.
  • •Maintain timely and comprehensive communication flow to the workforce.
