Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide primary safety and protection for people, premises, and property across the Quilter estate.
  • •Monitor and manage CCTV, access control, and life safety systems on a 24/7 basis.
  • •Respond to incidents as first line of response and manage emergency response.
  • •Carry out regular building patrols, including alarm response.
  • •Handle reception duties and support site operations such as visitor/contractor management, deliveries, defect detection, mailbox management, and report writing.
