Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and light kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • •Delight customers by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and ensuring smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Lead Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere for customers and team members.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; a college diploma is not required but preferred.
  • •Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products; able to operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Experience in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • •Flexible in scheduling; available for a number of different shifts per week.
