Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Perform chiller start-ups and CX commissioning of data center chiller equipment.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation/repair requirements, including forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools with blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units, while enforcing safety and managing assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •EPA Universal Certification, required.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Technical School or formal training is preferred.
