Job Summary

Join the Grow squad to help evolve global wealth at Wise through two major product efforts. You’ll scale a live “Yield Engine” powering daily returns with high availability, bankruptcy-protected custody, and near-instant liquidity. You’ll also build a greenfield investments pillar from scratch—defining brokerage infrastructure and trading interfaces—collaborating closely with PMs, Designers, and Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect a high-availability “Yield Engine” managing billions in assets with bankruptcy-protected custody and near-instant liquidity.
•Scale a product already live across the UK, EU, Singapore, and Australia.
•Build a greenfield investments pillar, defining technical foundations, brokerage infrastructure, and trading interfaces.
•Work closely with PMs, Designers, and Analysts to decide what to build and drive outcomes.
•Handle high-concurrency systems with a focus on data integrity and consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 111,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong product mindset focused on user experience and data-driven decisions to fix customer pain points.
•Great communication skills, including articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones that deliver customer value.
•Ability to coordinate complex projects across different teams.
•Experience developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment, with knowledge of architectural patterns and clean, well-tested code.
