Accounting Representative - AP and Property Accounting

Support the Accounting Department by reviewing vendor invoices, preparing and processing payments (checks, ACH, and wire transfers), and performing 3-way match into SAP ERP. Reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Field internal and external inquiries through a shared mailbox and provide additional office support as needed in a fast-paced onsite environment in Redlands, CA.
