Provide first-line technical remote support for marine customers and Sales Companies, diagnosing problems, planning troubleshooting tasks, and coordinating with Global Marine Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-line technical remote support for emergency cases and planned services to Marine customers and Sales Companies.
•Act as a technical planner for troubleshooting tasks in coordination with the Global Marine Coordinator, identifying required skills, tools, spare parts, and timing of work.
•Ensure quality checks and documentation of all performed service tasks.
•Work in a global planning and case handling tool (Microsoft CRM) for all possible tasks and hand over to Global Marine Coordinator.
•Train local FSEs and cascade knowledge from Central BU technical specialists to local Service Centers as needed.
