Site Manager, Dashmart

Manage a DashMart distribution center (5–15k sq ft) and lead the local warehouse operations team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and fast order fulfillment. Recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own day-to-day site operations, scheduling, labor budget, and site metric goals, and delight customers. Use data and process-improvement projects to reduce inefficiencies and enhance the employee experience.
