Key Responsibilities

  • •Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • •Review, manage, and control status of projects and budgets; support project planning and delivery to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • •Track and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle; develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
  • •Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, status updates, and cross-functional coordination; maintain project documentation and communicate status, risks, and key metrics.
  • •Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements; assess current-state processes, conduct gap analyses, and recommend future-state improvements; support UAT planning and execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis roles (or commensurate experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles (initiation through closeout).
  • •Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation skills, including translation into functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • •Experience working in Agile (or hybrid) delivery environments.
