Job Summary

Own and optimize 2K’s Perforce Helix Core source control infrastructure as a high-level individual contributor. You’ll maintain high-availability systems, manage complex server administration (triggers, permissions, integrations), and implement reliability, backup, and disaster recovery best practices. Partner with software development and tools engineering teams to refine workflows, synchronization strategies, and CI/CD integration, while providing expert support, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, monitor, and optimize Perforce Helix Core infrastructure for high availability, peak performance, and enterprise security.
•Oversee complex server configurations including triggers, permissions, and multi-tool integrations for global development workflows.
•Architect and implement reliability, data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
•Collaborate with development and tools engineering teams on synchronization strategies, repository organization, and CI/CD integration.
•Provide subject matter expert support and specialized training for development teams, and develop/maintain system architecture and operational documentation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a systems engineer.
•Significant Perforce Helix Core administration and optimization experience.
•Expertise troubleshooting complex system performance issues and maintaining high-availability environments.
•Proficiency in automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
•Experience applying infrastructure as code (IaC) methodologies for version control environments.
