Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of eDiscovery case managers supporting litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • •Oversee the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, production, and defensible disposition of ESI.
  • •Manage a large, complex active docket to ensure timely, accurate, and defensible discovery obligations.
  • •Develop scalable global processes, including vendor management, platform optimization, quality control frameworks, and operational reporting.
  • •Partner with litigation attorneys and outside counsel to define discovery scopes and timelines; build SOPs, playbooks, and training aligned with global legal strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and legal operations focused on discovery.
  • •Deep, end-to-end understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, ESI management, and litigation discovery obligations.
  • •3+ years of experience managing eDiscovery teams, case managers, vendors, or cross-functional discovery workflows.
  • •Strong knowledge of eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity and Nuix Discover, plus data preservation tools and enterprise data environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and implement eDiscovery processes, policies, and playbooks globally; exceptional written/verbal communication.
