Job Summary

Support the growth of Dubai’s gaming sector by identifying and executing programs that strengthen the local ecosystem. Serve as the primary liaison for Dubai-based gaming companies, enable government access (grants, incentives, funding tools), and build market access pathways. Facilitate international partnerships, representation, and export readiness, while coordinating infrastructure enablement, IP support, and cross-sector stakeholder delivery. Measure and report KPIs and ecosystem outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement operational requirements for Business Development (Gaming) in line with strategy, vision, and goals, ensuring timely service delivery to gaming businesses.
•Support local business engagement by serving as liaison for Dubai-based gaming companies and helping them access grants, tax incentives, funding tools, and development support.
•Facilitate partnerships and international outreach by coordinating participation in expos and securing speaking/representation opportunities to pitch Dubai-based talent and businesses.
•Enable infrastructure and ecosystem growth by coordinating access to labs, studios, co-working, and accelerator spaces and supporting policy advocacy for connectivity and testing environments.
•Guide export readiness and IP enablement by supporting IP protection and localization/export licensing and tracking outcomes through KPI measurement and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years in gaming, digital media, or tech sector business development.
•Experience supporting gaming startups through strategic partnership growth, program implementation, and ecosystem development.
•Advanced knowledge of the gaming industry and ability to manage complex stakeholder coordination and program delivery.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Gaming, Public Policy, or related field.
•Certifications in digital transformation or gaming strategy are preferred.
