Own and grow a portfolio of strategic F&B accounts as a client lead for TikTok For Business. Drive full-funnel activation plans and lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with clear quarterly priorities, investment commitments, and measurable growth levers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, ensure campaign execution and performance tracking, and expand revenue across branding, performance, and commerce offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of strategic F&B accounts as the primary business partner for day-to-day and mid-to-senior stakeholder engagement.
•Build relationships with brand managers, media leads, and agency partners, translating objectives into full-funnel activation plans.
•Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) at the account level, setting quarterly priorities, investment commitments, and measurable growth levers.
•Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across branding, performance, and commerce solutions within assigned CPG accounts.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery, high campaign execution standards, and performance tracking with proactive issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, Media, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Media, or Digital Marketing with direct client-facing responsibilities.
•Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising products, and performance measurement metrics.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
•Demonstrated commercial acumen building and growing client relationships with strong communication and presentation skills.
