Senior Operations Manager (Relocation Required)

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and ensure production metrics for an Inspection & Reconditioning Center are consistently met. Lead facility operations to hit targets for production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is offsite. Identify throughput bottlenecks using root-cause analysis, drive action plans with site leadership, run weekly performance reviews, and guide daily manager huddles. Support continuous improvement and develop reconditioning leaders through coaching and feedback.
