Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical vision, roadmap, and architecture for GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Nexus Repository, and related CI/CD platforms.
  • •Define CI/CD and developer experience standards, including reusable workflows, templates, automation frameworks, and self-service onboarding.
  • •Drive migration and modernization initiatives from legacy CI/CD tooling to GitHub and Azure DevOps, including pipeline standardization and repository governance improvements.
  • •Embed security, compliance, and risk management across the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., secrets management, IAM, OIDC, SBOM, artifact integrity).
  • •Mentor teams and serve as a primary technical advisor for platform modernization and DevOps strategy, leading incident resolution and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or software delivery platforms.
  • •Architect and operate enterprise-scale GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments.
  • •Deep expertise in CI/CD architecture, pipeline engineering, and software delivery modernization.
  • •Experience leading large-scale platform transformation and migration initiatives.
  • •Hands-on scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies; plus Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, or similar).
