Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical safety aspects, studies and workshops across projects under the guidance of the Technical Safety Department Manager
•Lead or participate in HAZOPs/HAZIDs and safety reviews at Client premises and ensure quality deliverables
•Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure HSE compliance in design and execution phases
•Support risk assessment activities and loss prevention initiatives across refinery, petrochemical, pharma and related projects
•Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant engineering solutions and facilitate business trips when required

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 55,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree with further degree level qualifications in Engineering, Process Safety or Environmental disciplines
•8 years of experience in a similar role
•Experience chairing HAZID/HAZOP workshops and conducting SIL allocation/LOPA studies
•Experience with HSE aspects in engineering design (safety distances, ergonomics, fire & gas)
•Fluent in English and Italian; eligible to work in Italy
