Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead daily sales and service in-store by delivering great consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations, while partnering with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up, champion a positive team culture, serve as a brand ambassador, and follow policies for asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.
