Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, govern, and continuously improve Lucid’s performance management framework and related talent processes to drive consistency and adoption across the enterprise.
  • •Create and deliver tools, resources, communications, and training to support managers and employees through goal setting, continuous feedback, 1:1s, and formal review cycles.
  • •Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support talent reviews, succession planning, calibration, and readiness assessments for equitable talent decisions.
  • •Establish measures of success, governance, and executive-ready reporting; analyze talent, performance, and organizational trends to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor and lead change management for talent initiatives in partnership with People teams (e.g., Compensation, People Analytics, Learning & Development, People Technology).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in program management, talent management, HR, organizational effectiveness, or a related field in a global, high-growth environment.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-wide talent, performance management, or organizational effectiveness programs.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate workforce data into actionable business insights and executive recommendations.
  • •Experience partnering with HR technology teams to implement and optimize talent processes and systems.
