Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community events.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
