Key Responsibilities

  • •Define integration requirements between Driver•i and third-party platforms such as ELDs, TMS, fleet management, routing, dispatch, and enterprise systems.
  • •Partner with customers, partners, and resellers to understand workflows, business requirements, and integration opportunities.
  • •Create workflow diagrams, process flows, requirements, and solution proposals prior to engineering implementation.
  • •Evaluate solution approaches and recommend options based on customer value, scalability, technical feasibility, and long-term platform strategy.
  • •Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, coordinating stakeholders, testing, rollout, adoption, and blocker resolution; identify opportunities to automate or productize recurring work.

Key Requirements
