Senior Director, Operations Finance

Partner with the SVP of Operations to drive operational excellence through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Lead financial insights for inbound, outbound, transportation, consignor/customer relations, facilities, and asset protection, including packaging and shrink oversight. Build scenario models, business cases, and capital expense ROI frameworks; present reporting anchored on operational KPIs and unit economics. Lead a team of 2–3 finance analysts and improve planning processes, systems, and tools.
