Key Responsibilities

  • •Process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, job and data changes, transfers/movements, offboarding) in Workday accurately within agreed timelines.
  • •Maintain up-to-date employee records and perform personnel data administration in line with policy and local requirements.
  • •Provide tier-1 support for routine employee and manager inquiries via case management/ticketing tool, email, or phone; resolve within SLA and escalate as needed.
  • •Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance by applying validation checks and adhering to SOPs, data privacy requirements, and internal controls.
  • •Follow desktop procedures, prepare standard HR letters, and support reporting, continuous improvement, and ad-hoc HRSSC projects/audits/UAT/process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Internship or early exposure to HR operations or shared services is an advantage; no prior experience required for strong fresh graduates.
  • •Foundational understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
  • •Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) and case management/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow), or willingness to learn quickly.
  • •Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook, with strong attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential employee data.
