HR Analyst, Employee Lifecycle

Process day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions for APACI countries within the Kuala Lumpur HR Shared Services Centre, executing hire-to-retire activities in Workday and related systems. Serve as a tier-1 point of contact for routine employee and manager queries via case management tools, email, or phone. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence while preparing HR documentation and supporting reporting, continuous improvement, and ad-hoc HRSSC initiatives.
