Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience in BIM and Digital Delivery, including formal multidisciplinary BIM Manager/Coordinator experience on Buildings projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards for managing project information across multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design using Revit and/or Civil 3D, including BIM data workflows and administration.
  • •Experience with a Common Data Environment such as ACC, and advanced coordination activities including clash detection and issue management (e.g., Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination).
  • •Create and manage BIM deliverables for Buildings projects and demonstrate an applicable portfolio for Buildings/Data Center work.
