Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee management and construction of projects to achieve timelines, specifications, quality, and costs within approved parameters.
  • •Ensure direct/indirect/outsourced service providers and vendors deliver consistent, high-quality services and support vendor training as needed.
  • •Collaborate with Client AD&E and Program Leads on programmatic deliverables and budgets for review and approval.
  • •Act as first point of escalation for project issues and opportunities, identifying and escalating gaps in scope of work.
  • •Schedule and lead project meetings and create/distribute project status and progress reports using PM Web, MS Teams, or other tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8–10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and math skills.
