Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day contact for a high-touch portfolio of customers, handling questions and issues via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • •Provide 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training to promote adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services
  • •Create marketing collateral from templates (e.g., listing presentations and postcards) and liaise with marketing specialists for more complex requests
  • •Partner with the Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers to Compass
  • •Serve as the face of the office: welcome guests, answer the office phone, manage mail distribution, and provide first-line support for office-related needs
