Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the HR service delivery for site leadership and HR function lines, ensuring effective execution of HR strategies and vendor performance governance.
  • •Oversee payroll management and ongoing delivery, ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements and financial reporting.
  • •Ensure statutory and internal compliance, regulatory adherence, and governance within the GSC and HSBC standards.
  • •Engage with regulators and external bodies as needed to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
  • •Partner with site line managers and HR COEs to deliver HR products, services and processes and manage employee life cycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an HR environment in a business partnering/generalist capacity supported by shared services.
  • •Deep understanding of payroll, statutory and internal compliance activities.
  • •Strong knowledge of local employment law and ability to access expert advice when required.
  • •Vendor management experience and ability to manage HR budget and risk.
  • •Excellent relationship management and ability to navigate conflicting priorities to deliver results.
