Key Responsibilities

•Serve as SOPS point of contact for new hires during their first 30 days, running onboarding sessions and AE walkthroughs.
•Own reporting and analysis for Field Operations initiatives, including new hire ramp/tenured AE metrics, tool adoption, quota progression, SPIFF tracking, and data hygiene scorecards.
•Validate and manage territory assignments and support planning cycles with data pulls and cleanup sprints; lead SFDC hygiene cleanups and ongoing Salesforce hygiene projects.
•Lead automation efforts for the SOPS help queue by identifying recurring SFDC errors and partnering with IT/Sales Systems to build and ship automated fixes.
•Run weekly EMEA POV approval board operations by managing logistics, messaging cadence, tracking outcomes, and maintaining the board dataset/trends.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or related work.
•Hands-on Salesforce experience (SFDC).
•Strong attention to detail with a process-first mindset.
•Clear, professional written communication in a Slack-heavy async environment.
•Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and light analysis.
