Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee quality assurance and EHS programs, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and adherence to internal policies.
  • •Lead NCR/RCA efforts, quality audits, and ISO audits; ensure corrective actions and prevention of recurrence.
  • •Manage quality documentation, including data sheets and maintenance instructions, and oversee measuring/testing equipment calibration.
  • •Monitor and report quality performance using statistical analysis and KPI dashboards, including defect rate, first-pass yield, COPQ, TRIR, and audit closure rate.
  • •Provide safety culture engagement through behavior-based safety (BBS), safety meetings/toolbox talks, and training while interfacing with plants and suppliers on quality issues.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for a customer product manufacturer.
  • •5+ years in Quality Management and Quality Audit systems.
  • •Proven success using Quality Systems in manufacturing, engineering, supplier, or distributor environments.
  • •Requires a valid state driver’s license.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an applied science or engineering field is preferred.
