Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Sales Account Managers and customers as a daily point of contact during the internship.
  • •Learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
  • •Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings alongside experienced account managers and mentors.
  • •Follow the sales-engineer workflow from start to finish and gain hands-on exposure to each step during the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (all engineering areas) throughout the internship; must have completed at least the sophomore/2nd year before start.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •A passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Be able to provide a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including certain serious violations) in the past 3 years.
  • •This role may require hybrid or onsite assignment at facilities across North America, depending on the opportunity.
